Share Selected Neighbourhood Project- August Update on Facebook Share Selected Neighbourhood Project- August Update on Twitter Share Selected Neighbourhood Project- August Update on Linkedin Email Selected Neighbourhood Project- August Update linkWe’ve completed the ‘Engage’ and ‘Co-Create’ steps within the ‘Define and Deliver’ stages of the Stamford Hill Selected Neighbourhood Project. 36 pieces of resident feedback and 71 actions were added to the Improvement Plan, covering repairs, social impact, major works, housing, home ownership services, and more. These actions will be taken forward by the relevant teams.
Next, we’ll share a ‘You Said, We Did’ report, case studies, and a follow-up survey to help evaluate the project’s impact.

During the session, residents reviewed whether the feedback accurately reflected their concerns and identified any gaps. Our Repairs Contract Manager and Head of Customer Repair Contact also attended to confirm planned actions and timelines, clarify which feedback can be addressed, and explore alternatives for those that may not be feasible.

Your feedback has also shaped how we continue to engage with the community as we deliver this project. To read the report click here.
We’re currently developing actions for our improvement plan and delivered a range of activities at the community centre to help shape these. Our Repairs, Home Ownership, Housing, Estate Services and Social Impact teams also attended to meet and support residents.
We know there were many residents that couldn't attend, so we've also added our activities on this platform. You’re welcome to share your thoughts on all of them, or focus on just one that interests you or relates to a past experience.

Stamford Hill Selected Neighbourhood Project is currently at this stageThank you to all the residents who took part in the roundtables and helped shape the Stamford Hill Selected Neighbourhood Improvement Plan (IP).
The plan will be delivered by Stamford Hill’s Local Link, Bamdele Olawunmi, with support from teams across reactive repairs, the contact centre, communications, housing, and more.
