Selected Neighbourhood Project- July Update
We're nearing the end of our Draft Improvement Plan Roundtable Sessions. Thank you to the residents who joined us on 14 July.
During the session, residents reviewed the draft improvement plan, helped identify any gaps, and confirmed whether the feedback reflected their experiences. Our Repairs Contract Manager and Head of Customer Repair Contact also attended to discuss proposed actions and timescales, explain what can be delivered, and explore alternative solutions where suggestions may not be feasible.
