This project is to gather your thoughts around our proposed new communications for keeping residents informed of their reported repairs. This forms part of the repairs transformation project.

    Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent engagement on the proposed new repair communications. The survey is now closed, and all residents who took part have been contacted to let them know if they were one of the voucher prize draw winners.

    We’re now reviewing all the feedback you kindly provided across the survey, quick poll, forum and ideas tool. Your insights are invaluable and will help shape how we keep residents better informed about their reported repairs.

    A full project report will be shared on this page soon, so please keep an eye out for You Said, We Did updates.
