This project is to gather your thoughts around our proposed new communications for keeping residents informed of their reported repairs. This forms part of the repairs transformation project.


This is the first time we're using this communication platform for communication group members, please use the quick poll, where you can let us know your preference.

  • Ideas function: Find this at the bottom of the page and give us your ideas on how we can make our communication about repairs stand out
  • Forum: Tell us what information should be in a text message versus an email with regards to repairs
  • Who's Listening: This tells you which teams are involved in this project
  • Key dates: This tells you the timeline of this project and when to expect to see final outcomes.
