The consultation has ended and all residents should have received a letter from their local Property Manager (Leasehold services). Residents told us their priorities for improvements were:
1. Car park tarmacking
2. Lighting & anything else
3. CCTV

What Happens Next
The Home Ownership & Housing Teams are currently working with our Repairs team to develop an action plan with clear timelines. This process may also require Section 20 Notices to be issued. We'll provide further updates once we receive quotes from the contractors.
