Consultation Update
The consultation has now closed, and you should have received an update letter from your Property Manager.
Residents identified the following as their top priorities:
- Car park resurfacing (tarmacking)
- Improved lighting
- CCTV installation

What happens next
Our Home Ownership, Housing and Repairs teams are now reviewing the feedback and developing an action plan and timeline for the proposed improvements.
Some works may require a Section 20 consultation. We'll provide a further update once contractor quotations have been received and reviewed.
