The Home Ownership & Housing Teams are currently working with external contractors and our contract management team to develop an action plan with clear timelines. This process may also require Section 20 Notices to be issued. We'll provide further updates once we receive quotes from the contractors.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to help guide future improvements. If you have any further suggestions or concerns, please do not hesitate to share them.

Thanks to everyone that has completed the estate improvements consultation survey.
We've decided to extend the deadline for completing the survey to Thursday 2 January. We want to ensure all residents have an opportunity to have a say. We'll also be visiting residents that've not completed a survey on Thursday 19 December.
