Consultation Update
The consultation has now closed, and you should have received a letter from your local Property Manager (Leasehold Services) with an update of the outcomes.
Residents told us their top priorities for improvements are:
- Car park resurfacing (tarmacking)
- Lighting improvements and other related issues
- Installation of CCTV

What happens next
The Home Ownership and Housing teams are now working with our Repairs team to develop a clear action plan and timeline for the improvements.
This process may also require the issuing of Section 20 notices. We will provide further updates once contractor quotes have been received and reviewed.
