    Thank you for your question.  The site is due to re-open on 2 January, and we will re-start inspections the following week.  If we are able to take handover of any plots before our next update on 17 January then we will let buyers know.

    Hi Vicky

    Thank you for your question.  We have covered this in our latest update:

    Specification change

    It has come to our attention that the washing machine appliance you will be gifted as part of the specification has changed during the construction and installation process. The specification originally contained a Zanussi washer/dryer which we had communicated in our brochure, due to the original model being discontinued, the appliance has been changed to a Zanussi washing machine only. We apologise for this late change; specifications are always subject to change during the construction process. As this is a minor change to the specification, we will confirm this in writing through the solicitors and you won’t need to take any further action.

    Hi Nick

    Thank you for your question.  There is a play park which will go in on the front grass area as you enter the development, near the parking.  I have added the proposed landscaping plan to the documents section of this webpage to show you where it will be located (Landscape GA plan 1 of 4).  There is also another play area planned; I’ve added a second proposed plan to the documents section showing where this is located (Landscape GA plan 4 of 4).    I have also uploaded to the documents section two initial conception designs to show you the type of apparatus that is planned.  I hope this helps but please do let us know if you have any further questions.
