Financial Wellbeing is an important part of our service offer to residents, supporting you to sustain your tenancy.

We know times are tough for many households and we know people are worried about what will happen later in the year, particularly with energy costs planned to rise again.

We have teamed up with The Money Charity to offer a range of workshops, all aimed at helping you get the most out of your money. Whether you are interested in reducing debt, managing changes in income, savings, pensions or how to set up a Will, we would like you to tell us which of the free online workshops you think residents would be most interested in.

We have provided you with details of the courses available to the right of this page (scroll down if you are using a mobile) and within the survey. Let us know what your favourite topics are!

If you also have any ideas on how we can better promote the support we can offer, please let us know.

At the end of August I will review your feedback with the Customer Involvement Team.

    Help us to further our support to residents

    Within this survey are a list of sessions that can be delivered online via MS Teams or zoom.

     We would like to know which ones you would be most interested in.  We would also like to know which time of day would be better for you to join the sessions and whether you would be interested in signing up.  

    We plan to gather feedback during August with a view to starting the sessions during September.  Once the feedback has closed, we will then let you know what the proposed programme of events will be, and how you can register.
