Consultation has concluded

Matt Smith, Head of Community Investment

Financial Wellbeing is an important part of our service offer to residents, supporting you to sustain your tenancy.

We know times are tough for many households and we know people are worried about what will happen later in the year, particularly with energy costs planned to rise again.

We have teamed up with The Money Charity to offer a range of workshops, all aimed at helping you get the most out of your money. Whether you are interested in reducing debt, managing changes in income, savings, pensions or how to set up a Will, we would like you to tell us which of the free online workshops you think residents would be most interested in.

We have provided you with details of the courses available to the right of this page (scroll down if you are using a mobile) and within the survey. Let us know what your favourite topics are!

If you also have any ideas on how we can better promote the support we can offer, please let us know.

At the end of August I will review your feedback with the Customer Involvement Team.

These consultations are now closed. On this page we will respond to all feedback received so far by the 23rd September 2022. Thank you.

What times would be best for you and other residents to attend a course during the week?

If you would be interested in testing courses in September, please let us know here or email resident.involvement2@shgroup.org.uk and we will contact you when all the feedback has been reviewed.
