It's been 3 months since we facilitated the meet & greet event. Thanks to all residents that attended and engaged with colleagues from Home Ownership, Delivery, Estate Services, Heating, Spruce Homes and Housing.
Updates were shared and questions were answered on the following; parking, BRV security, latent defect, heating, service charges, damp & mould and more. We want to ensure that there's value to this engagement activity, we will therefore provide a "You Said We Did"/outcome report on the concerns shared with us.
