BRV Meet & Greet event Update

It’s been three months since our Meet & Greet event. Thank you to everyone who attended and spoke with colleagues from Home Ownership, Delivery, Estate Services, Heating, Spruce Homes and Housing.

During the event, we shared updates and discussed topics including parking, security, latent defects, heating, service charges, and damp and mould.

To make sure this engagement leads to meaningful action, we'll soon be sharing a You Said, We Did update showing how your feedback is helping to shape improvements.
