Congratulations on exchanging contracts for your new home at Wickside.
Thank you for your continued patience as we work towards your sale completion. We are pleased to confirm we have achieved Practical Completion (PC).
Practical completion is the milestone at which construction has been completed, all required inspections and approvals have been obtained, and the building is considered ready for handover.
As the building is over 18m high, it must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). The BSR is the national regulator responsible for ensuring that higher-risk residential buildings meet the required safety standards. The developer who is the responsible persons have submitted the building for registration. Our internal building safety team are now in the process of reviewing all the building and fire safety documentation to ensure it meets our standards for handover and resident occupation.
We understand that you are eager to move into your new home and appreciate your patience during this final stage. We will continue to keep you informed and will provide our next update by 30 September 26.
