We are London Resident Association covering South London.


We meet every 3 months to discuss progress and updates for the following services:


Repairs- Focus on communal repairs

Housing- Focus on unresolved tenant issues affecting more than one resident

Home Ownership- Focus on unresolved leaseholder and shared owner issues affecting more than one resident

Estate Services- Focus on communal cleaning and gardening

Community projects and activities- Currently working with a community gardening project and running bingo nights on Wednesdays.


Other topics we discuss include service charges, the current roof works and parking management.
