The Government is introducing STAIRs (Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements), giving social housing residents greater access to information about how landlords manage their homes and services.
Following resident feedback gathered through our survey and workshop earlier this year, we've drafted a new Social Tenants Access to Information Requests (STAIRs) Policy and we'd like your views.
