We are proposing to merge with another housing association called Optivo. This new combined organisation would become your landlord. We’ve written to you at home to give you more detail around this. Copies of the letter, questions and answers and other useful links can be found on this site.
The key things you need to know
The proposals won't change tenancy or lease rights for residents.
The merger won't cause any change to rents or service charges as the way rents are set is based on a formula set by the government
We expect a range of benefits including stronger local ties with more staff, services and homes in our communities
Our plans are focused on delivering excellent customer services. This means investing in digital tools and 24/7 customer contact. We’ll also have an improved repair services by moving more repairs and estate services in-house
We’re really keen to hear your views on this. To get involved you will need to register your contact details and you'll then be able to answer a short survey, post your ideas about the merger or have a discussion with other residents.
Our Board will consider all the feedback from this site before the final decision is made in September.
This site will be kept up to date with the latest information so watch out for updates here or on our website.
