Project Update: Survey now closed

Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent engagement on shaping the future of the Online Account. The survey is now closed with 478 responses received.

We are reviewing all the feedback you kindly shared. Your insights are invaluable and will help shape how we keep residents better informed about their reported repairs.

Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on Friday 8 May 2026 and the resident who wins the £50 voucher prize will be contacted.

July 2026 Update

We are currently turning what you told us into a clear action plan to improve how residents receive updates about reported repairs through the Online Account. This includes identifying the changes that will make the biggest difference, prioritising improvements and agreeing how these will be delivered.

Your feedback has given us valuable insight into what is working well and where communication can be clearer, more timely and more useful. We are committed to using what you've told us to shape future improvements.

We're now finalising our findings and recommendations. A full project report, together with our action plan and a You Said, We Did summary, will be shared on this page.
