Update 28 March 2025

Please find below our latest update on progress at Holmhurst Gardens:

The contractor has communicated some changes to handover dates at the development. Handover signifies the point at which the homes are ready for occupancy and Southern Housing takes ownership from the contractor.

The revised dates are as follows:

Plot 124 – 125: predicted handover date 8 April 2025

Plots 136 - 137, 150 – 151: predicated handover date 29 April 2025

The adjustment for the handover dates for the above plots is due to the properties not being finished to the required standards.

Plot 112: predicted handover date 10 June 2025

Plots 91 & 95 – 96: predicted handover date 19 August 2025

The adjustment to the handover dates for these plots is due to a programme change from the contractor.

Regular re-inspections of the homes will continue, and we will communicate any further changes. Please note that these dates are subject to change. Upon confirming that the contractor has met our required standards, we will accept handover and provide you with an immediate update regarding occupation dates.
