Update 24 June 2025

Please find below an update on progress at Holmhurst Gardens:

Due to ongoing works outside of plots 92-96 and after a full review, the developer has confirmed that they will need to move handover of these plots backward by 2 weeks to 16/09/2025.

All other plots remain unaffected at this stage. We are sorry to communicate a slight delay, please be aware that all handover dates are indicative and subject to change.
