Update 23 July

Here's the latest update on progress at Holmhurst Gardens:

Plots 112 and 113 are now predicted to handover on 12 August 2025. This is due a delay in the snagging process and the delivery of hobs.

Plots 175 and 176 are also delayed due to external landscaping being unfinished. Their anticipated handover date is now 2 September 2025.

We're sorry to communicate these delays. We're actively working with the contractor to improve upon these dates and will update you on any further changes.
