Please find below our latest update on progress at Holmhurst Gardens:

The contractor has communicated some changes to handover dates at the development. Handover signifies the point at which the homes are ready for occupancy and Southern Housing takes ownership from the contractor.

The revised dates are as follows:

Plot 163: predicted handover date 30 June 2025

Plot 112-113: predicted handover date 29 July 2025

Plot 90 – 96: predicated handover date 2 September 2025

The adjustment to the handover dates for these plots is due to supply chain shortages and we will keep you updated of any further changes.
