Help Shape Our Resident Groups Toolkit
Following our recent work with residents to review and shape the Resident Groups Guide, we are now moving into the next stage: developing a practical toolkit to support the guide.
As part of this work, we are reviewing how we support residents to start and sustain local groups, and we would really value your feedback. Building on the insights you shared during the earlier consultation, your input will help ensure the toolkit is clear, practical, relevant, and transparent about both the commitment involved and the support available.
This is an opportunity to help turn the guide into a more hands-on resource, with useful tools, templates, and guidance that make it easier for residents to take the next step.
Please submit your responses by 12 July 2026.
As a thank you for taking part, you will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £25 voucher.
We will also share a "You Said, We Did/Are Doing" update so you can see how your feedback continues to shape this work.
Thank you for helping us develop resources that support residents to create and sustain successful local groups.
