Thank you to everyone who took part in our Resident Engagement Strategy consultation.
We've now received feedback from residents through our survey, and the consultation has officially closed. We'd also like to thank everyone who attended our resident workshops and shared their experiences, ideas and priorities.
Your feedback has provided valuable insight into:
- What works well
- What doesn't work so well
- What residents want more say in
- What makes engagement meaningful and worthwhile
- How we can better demonstrate that feedback leads to change
- How we measure the success and impact of engagement activities and projects
What Happens Next?
We're now reviewing all the feedback we've received from both the survey and workshops and are in the process of finalising our new Resident Engagement Strategy.
This strategy will set out how we'll ensure residents have a real voice in decisions about services, homes and communities, and how we'll make sure feedback continues to influence meaningful change.
The consultation and workshop phases have helped us identify key themes, priorities and actions that will shape the final strategy.
Keeping You Updated
Once the strategy has been finalised and formally approved, we'll publish the final version on this page.
We'll also share:
- A summary of what we heard through the consultation
- The key themes that emerged from the workshops
- How resident feedback has influenced the final strategy
- The commitments and actions we're taking as a result
