Have Your Say: Help Shape Our Resident Engagement Strategy
Thank you to everyone who took part in our Resident Engagement Strategy survey.
We're creating a new Resident Engagement Strategy to make sure residents have a real voice in decisions about services, homes and communities, and that feedback leads to meaningful change.
The survey has now closed, and we've received valuable feedback on:
- What works well
- What doesn't
- What residents want more say in
- What makes engagement worthwhile
- How we can show feedback makes a difference
- How we measure success from engagement activities and projects
What's Next?
We're now reviewing the survey results and using what we've heard to shape the next stage of the strategy.
We've sent email invites to those who expressed interest in attending our workshops. If you're interested in attending a workshop but have not received an invite please email Residentengagement@southernhousing.org.uk
This is still the beginning of the process, not the finished strategy. The workshops will help us turn residents' feedback into clear priorities and actions.
