Update 28/08/2025

Good afternoon

Please find attached a revised table of works (uploaded to documents section of this webpage), we are pleased to share that we are on track to meet the anticipated timeline previously communicated subject to receiving two pieces of information. As you will see we are outstanding an IFI report, and feedback on IFI’s review following their site visit today, we will update you again as soon as we receive these items which are expected imminently.

Anticipated timeline:

- Works completed and documented – w/c 25 August

- Internal registration process completed – w/c 1 September

- Practical Completion (PC) – w/c 1 September

- Serve notice on block C low rise – w/c 8 September

- Apply for registration – w/c 8 September*

- Registration achieved - w/c 15 September*

- Serve notice on block B high rise – w/c 15 September

*The BSR registration dates depend on the outcome of our review and receiving confirmation of registration from the regulator*

We advise you do not serve notice on any tenancies until notice is served, but if your mortgage offer has expired, you need to renew this now, as without a valid mortgage offer you will not be able to proceed to occupation. You should speak to your mortgage broker or lender if you need an extension on your current mortgage offer.  

We will update you again as soon as we receive the last 2 outstanding items.
