Update 27/06/2025

Following the meeting with Richard White on Wednesday, please find below the indicative timeline that Richard discussed working towards below:

  • Works complete and documented – w/c 7th July
  • Internal registration process completed – w/c 28 July
  • PC – w/c 28 July
  • Serve notice on block C low rise – w/c 4 August
  • Apply for registration – w/c 28 July
  • Registration achieved - w/c 11 August
  • Serve notice on block B high rise – w/c 11 August

I have attached to this email a transcript from the meeting (please note this is verbatim) and the table of outstanding items, we’ll continue to update you fortnightly but the table will be updated on a regular basis and added to the documents section of this webpage.

There was also a question around rent and how this increases each year. I have added our rent setting policy to the document library on the portal, and in the FAQ section, I’ve added a question: How does rent for shared ownership properties increase? Here I’ve added a link to the government website which details the shared ownership rent reform.
