Update 23/07/2025

Good afternoon,

Over the past 48 hours, we've had further conversations with Mulalley. They have adjusted the dates for providing the necessary substantiation, and the work to replace the insulation has been delayed due to material shortages.

Taking direct control of the insulation replacement wouldn't be beneficial, as Mulalley already has the established relationship with the supply chain, and material shortages would impact us just as much. We require Mulalley to complete the substantiation because they performed the original work, and their engineer is needed for validation.

Therefore, we have revised some of the dates on the attached table and updated the timeline below accordingly.

• Works completed and documented – w/c 7^th August
• Internal registration process completed – w/c 15^th August
• PC – w/c 11^th August
• Serve notice on block C low rise – w/c 18^th August
• Apply for registration – w/c 18^th August
• Registration achieved - w/c 26^th August
• Serve notice on block B high rise – w/c 26^th August
