Good morning,

We have received a number of questions via Engagement HQ and direct emails following last week’s update. To ensure we can effectively focus on the critical path to Practical Completion (PC) and occupation, we are clarifying our communication approach.

We’ll continue to provide updates on the key items and dependencies that are critical to PC and occupation — these will be shared in the table format you’re familiar with.

To stay focused, we won’t be responding to detailed questions about the underlying elements of those headline items. We’re currently receiving a high volume of very detailed queries, which is making it harder for us to concentrate on holding the contractor accountable and progressing the work needed for PC and occupation.

Please rest assured that we’re always doing our best to provide accurate timing estimates based on the current dependencies. We’ll keep updating you every two weeks, which we believe is a fair and manageable rhythm, the next update is due on Thursday 28 August.
