Update 14/08/2025

Good afternoon,

We enclose the latest update to the timeline which shows no change to the dates in the table. We remain on track to begin occupations within two weeks of practical completion (PC); however, the receipt of the documentation to achieve PC has been delayed. We deeply regret the continued delay, but we are clear on our zero-tolerance approach to fire safety. Alongside our consultants, IFI, we must be certain that the work and substantiation provided by MCL is correct.

We know continued changes to dates causes further frustrations, and we continue to review the alternative options such as our tolerances towards MCL in providing the outstanding information. We continue to progress what we believe will result in the least delays, and taking PC to provide the documentation ourselves would still result in a much longer process. We are confident that continuing to push for the remaining items with MCL is the best and fastest route to take.

Our updated timeline is as follows:

- Works completed and documented – w/c 25th August

- Internal registration process completed – w/c 1st September

- PC – w/c 1st September

- Serve notice on block C low rise – w/c 8th September

- Apply for registration – w/c 8th September

- Registration achieved - w/c 15th September

- Serve notice on block B high rise – w/c 15th September

If we can improve on the above dates, we will let you know straight away. Otherwise, we will issue your next update on Wednesday 27 August.
