Update 09/07/2025

Please find attached the updated table of works for Greenside (items marked in green are complete). Whilst we have managed to close out some items and will continue to do so over the next fortnight, following last Thursday’s meeting with Mulalley, it became clear that some of the contingent paperwork will take longer for Mulalley to provide than we originally anticipated, after which it will require our approval. This has impacted the timeline slightly and we’ve updated it, as below. We will continue to try and improve upon these dates, whilst we will also update and send the table in between our usual two weekly updates.

Revised timeline:

  • Works completed and documented – by 31st July
  • Internal registration process completed – w/c 8th August
  • PC – w/c 4th August
  • Serve notice on block C low rise – w/c 11th August
  • Apply for registration – w/c 11th August
  • Registration achieved - w/c 18th August
  • Serve notice on block B high rise – w/c 18th August
