Good afternoon,

We are pleased to report that we have officially taken practical completion of Greenside. This is a major milestone, and we're delighted to share this news with you.

Block C

These apartments have been checked, signed off by our construction team, and handed over to sales. Starting Monday, we will be able to serve notice to all buyers in this block. We will send you further instructions separately with practical information for your completion day.

Block B

Our building safety team is now in the process of reviewing the final handover paperwork. We will notify you as soon as our registration has been submitted to the Building Safety Regulator, which we still anticipate being next week. Based upon previous experience, BSR approval can take up to 5 days. Handover to sales will take place once registration is applied for, in the meantime, we will begin calling those purchasing in Block B next week to discuss notice periods and ensure you have a valid mortgage offer in place.
