Parking update 29.09.2025

I hope you are all well. I'm writing to provide you with an update on the S278 works at Greenside, which must be completed before you can access your parking spaces.

The road safety audit is complete. It's now with Mulalley, who need to respond to the Highways team regarding one final item: the cutting back of vegetation at the entrance from the roadway to the car park.

Since this vegetation is not on our land, we need to get approval to cut it back. We are currently seeking this approval and have a contractor ready to start the work as soon as we have it. Once this is complete, we'll be able to get the final sign-off and proceed with the crossover works.
