Block B - registration update 11/09/2025

Good afternoon

I am very pleased to confirm that our internal building safety team have completed their review of the final handover paperwork from Block B at Greenside and will now submit the registration to the Building Safety Regulator. You will hear from us again once we receive our registration number, the timeframe for this is out of our control but usually takes around 5-10 working days.

We said previously that we would begin calling you to discuss notice periods and ensure you have a valid mortgage offer. These calls will begin next week as we have been prioritising booking in completions at block C this week.
