11 April update

Thank you for your continued patience as we work to complete your new homes. We understand how frustrating the delays have been and are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The gas safety certificates have now been fully checked and verified. Our technical team is in the final stages of closing out the remaining requirements for Building Safety Registration, working closely with the construction team to ensure everything is in place.

We want to reassure you that the ‘as built’ information is being carefully reviewed and confirmed to ensure full compliance with current building safety regulations.

We will provide a further update on 23 April. However, if we are in a position to confirm practical completion before then, we will contact you straight away.
