Communication Group 2025 Projects

In 2025, our Resident Communication Group continued to play a vital role in improving how we communicate with you. From letters and emails to webpages, booklets, strategies and Shine magazine, resident feedback has helped shape clearer, more helpful communications across our services.

Our impact in 2025:

• 66 members took part
• 40 residents regularly shared feedback
• 71 recommendations were made
• 61 recommendations were taken forward
• 86% success rate
