Housing Ombudsman Service

The Housing Ombudsman is an independent, impartial, and free service for social housing residents (see About us | The Housing Ombudsman Service).

They make the final decision on disputes between residents and landlords that are registered members of its Scheme - including tenants and leaseholders of social landlords (housing associations and local authorities), as well as for voluntary members (private landlords and letting agents).

The Housing Ombudsman Service also works to strengthen internal complaints procedures and encourages landlords to learn from complaints to prevent service failures being repeated.

    Resident Satisfaction Measures

Satisfaction measures are tools we use to understand how well we're meeting your needs. They help us gather your feedback on our services, identify areas to improve and ensure we're delivering the experience you expect.

By focussing on what matters to you most, we use these measures to guide positive change and improve your overall experience.
