Thank you for your question.  We are very sorry for the delays you are experiencing.  We are aiming to take practical completion and register the building by the end of July, once we have done this, we will be in a better position to advise on move in dates.  We will be in touch again by 31 July.

Thank you for your question and we are very sorry for the delays you are experiencing.  There is another block at the development that have already moved in, this is because the block is under 18m/7 storeys high and therefore does not need to be registered with the building safety regulator. The delays are due to the building now needing to be registered with the regulator.  Our dedicated building safety team are working through the documentation for the building safety case report.  There are thousands of documents such as drawings, plans, certificates that must be checked and verified this will include details such as postal and property addresses, correct technical information and that all documents correlate across stages of construction.  They must also be in a specific format to allow submission to the regulator.  There is no benefit to Southern Housing delaying the occupation of the homes, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to expediate the process and we will keep you updated with our progress.

Thank you for your question. We've set our updates to once a month because, outside of significant developments, we would primarily be reiterating that work is ongoing. If any significant changes occur between our scheduled updates, we will always provide an interim notification immediately.

Thank you for your question.  Fount spring place is the marketing name, Trigo apartments is the address.  Please take a look at the updates tab on this webpage, which will detail where we are in the process.

Thank you for your question, we will continue to give you regular updates, when we are in a position to register the building with the regulator, this will be the point you should open up discussions with your mortgage advisor to renew your mortgage offer or extend as relevant.   The registration process takes around 12 weeks once submitted, depending on the complexity of the development.   Once we have confirmation that the building has been registered and approved by the regulator we will be looking to take handover and serve the 10 day notice to occupy.

Thank you for your question.  The further inspections relate to the documents we require for the building safety registration.  The building warranty sign off and supporting documents will all need to be checked and if there are any items missing from these then further inspections may need to take place to obtain any missing information.
