We've committed to providing buyers with a progress update by email. In addition, we'll keep you informed on this webpage with updates and answers to frequently asked questions.

    Thank you for your question, we will continue to give you regular updates, when we are in a position to register the building with the regulator, this will be the point you should open up discussions with your mortgage advisor to renew your mortgage offer or extend as relevant.   The registration process takes around 12 weeks once submitted, depending on the complexity of the development.   Once we have confirmation that the building has been registered and approved by the regulator we will be looking to take handover and serve the 10 day notice to occupy.

    Thank you for your question.  The further inspections relate to the documents we require for the building safety registration.  The building warranty sign off and supporting documents will all need to be checked and if there are any items missing from these then further inspections may need to take place to obtain any missing information.
