Update 30/05/2025

Please find below our latest update on Fount Spring Place:

Our building safety team continue to work through the documentation required for the building safety registration, we are not yet in a position to submit the application but hope to be able to provide a date for submission by the end of next week. We still anticipate occupations taking place towards the end of June.

We apologise for the continued delay and will provide another update by 11 June.
