Update 26/09/2025

Thank you for your patience while you wait for your new home at Fount Spring Place.

In our last update we mentioned that we were awaiting several key documents. We're pleased to confirm that most of them have been received, and these are now being reviewed. Once the final documents are received and reviewed, all documents will be presented to our building safety team.

We will provide another update by Wednesday 15 October, where we'll be able to confirm whether we are in a position to submit the building safety case report to the regulator and achieve Practical completion (PC).

We do not anticipate any changes to the previously communicated timeline at this stage. If you have any queries, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
