Update 24/04/2026

I am writing to provide an interim update on progress at Fount Spring Place.

I am very pleased to confirm that the lifts have been signed off, certificates received and the case has been submitted to our internal building safety team for approval.

The next step is for our internal building safety team to confirm that the information pack is complete, and they are happy to sign it off so that we can make our submission to the Building Safety Regulator.

Previous timeline:

  • Remaining Lift parts were successfully delivered from overseas on Tuesday 14th April - complete
  • Installation works are booked in for Wednesday 15th April and aim to be completed by close of business 17th April 2026 - complete
  • Our independent consultant is due to return to site on Monday 20th April 2026 to conduct a final inspection and sign off of the lifts - complete
  • Report to be issued for internal reviewed by our building safety team on 24th April - complete
  • Internal team confirm if this is accepted by 1st May - pending
  • Submit to the building safety regulator on 8th May
  • BSR registration confirmation within 2 weeks of submission
  • Handover and notice for occupation End-May 2026
