Update 23/03/2026

Thank you for your patience while I waited for more information on progress at Fount Spring Place. The update is as follows:

• Riser cupboard doors – We now have the confirmed programme of works

• Lifts – We are still waiting for timescales for the remaining work

We are actively chasing for a timescale on the remaining works required to the lift. I will be in touch again by Friday 3 April but if the information is received prior to this date, I will contact you straight away.
