Update 15/04/26

I am writing to provide an update on the status of the lift works and the subsequent steps toward completion.

Please see the below timeline for works schedule

• Remaing Lift parts were successfully delivered from overseas on Tuesday 14^th April.
• Installation works are booked in for Wednesday 15^th April and aim to be completed by close of business 17^th April 2026.
• Our independent consultant is due to return to site on Monday 20^th April 2026 to conduct a final inspection and sign off of the lifts.
• Report to be issued for internal reviewed by our building safety team on 24^th April.
• Internal team confirm if this is accepted by 1^st May
• Submit to the building safety regulator on 8^th May.
• BSR registration confirmation within 2 weeks of submission.
• Handover and notice for occupation End-May 2026.

I hope this timeline gives you some comfort that we are progressing. We will provide you with a further update on Wednesday 29^th April to confirm if we are on track with the above schedule.
