Update 13/03/2026

Good afternoon,

I’m writing to share the latest progress at Fount Spring Place.

In our previous update, we explained that a few final items were still required before we could submit the Building Safety Registration. Here is where things currently stand:

• Riser cupboard doors – We now have the full cost information and are awaiting the confirmed programme of works.

• Lifts – Independent surveyors, RPS, have advised that the contractor has not yet completed all the necessary actions for the lifts to be signed off. We are waiting for their timescales for the remaining work, which may include ordering additional parts.

• Key Building Information pack – This is now complete.

Because these items are still outstanding, we are not yet able to submit the building for safety registration.

Please be assured that we are working closely with our contractors to bring these final tasks to completion as quickly as possible. We fully recognise how frustrating these delays are and the impact they have on your ability to plan your move. Your patience is genuinely appreciated, and we remain committed to keeping you informed as we move closer to handover and registration.
