Update 13/03/2025

Further to our previous update, we are pleased to confirm that we are making good progress on collating all required documentation for the building safety submission. We still predict achieving practical completion in March with occupation in May.

We want to make you aware that we have achieved practical completion on rented blocks G and H, and you may see people starting to move in. These blocks are low rise and not subject to building safety registration, but this does illustrate the progress that is being made on site.

We will provide another update by Monday 31 March.
