Thank you for your ongoing patience with the Wharf 21 development. Please find below the latest update.

Updates from the construction team

Blocks H, G1 & G2

• Work is due to be completed on the door inspections by the end of this week
• We require IFI to issue a full Fire Risk Assessment and this is due on 11^th December subject to the doors being signed off as above
• There is a final walk through of the units scheduled for Thursday 5^th December with HG construction and our own construction team

Due to outstanding documentation and site closures over Christmas, we are anticipating that we may not be build complete until January 2025, we still anticipate occupation in March 2025.

The next update to you will be on 16^th January 2025, however if we take practical completion before this date, we will of course let you know straight away.
