You'll have until today to share your feedback which will be used to develop our improvement plan.
We’re inviting feedback on several key areas. You’re welcome to share your thoughts on all of them, or focus on just one that interests you or relates to a past experience.
- ASB- community & safety issues, as well as interpersonal conflicts
- Housing & Home ownership- general services
- Repairs service
- Estate Services (communal areas)
- Communication from Southern Housing teams
Stamford Hill Selected Neighbourhood Engagement Drop-In Session
Visit us from 3.30pm-8pm collaborate with other residents and Southern Housing colleagues to develop an improvement plan for Stamford Hill Estate.
We’ll be focusing on Repairs, Estate Services, Housing, Home Ownership, Anti-Social Behaviour and Communications. Residents are at the heart of what we do, that’s why your feedback’s invaluable to us, as we strive to improve our services and ensure you have a safe community and home that you’re proud to live in.
Who’ll be there?
Our friendly colleagues will be on hand to support you and answer any questions.
Axis, our repairs contractor will also be attending to:
- Fix minor repairs in your home
- Support you with reporting new repairs
- Follow up on current unresolved repairs
Also attending are:
- Housing team: They’ll be on hand to meet and support you with tenancy enquiries if needed. You can also talk to the team about bike lockers
- Home Ownership team: They can support you with matters such as lease enquiries, improvements, and adaptation requests
- Estate Services team: Responsible for communal cleaning and gardening, the team will be happy to support with any reports and enquiries
- Social Impact team: Hear from our Social Impact team about community activities and resident online support. Residents can also talk to the team about community gardens and green area improvements, community centre use, community activities, mural, and social value from Chas Berger
