Have Your Say on Our New Code of Conduct
We are consulting residents on a new Code of Conduct for staff, board members and involved residents.
The Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected of everyone involved in delivering services, making decisions and representing the housing association. It is based on principles including integrity, respect, fairness, accountability and professionalism, helping to ensure residents are treated fairly and that decisions are made in the best interests of our communities. These principles are reflected throughout the draft Code of Conduct.
We want to hear your views on whether the proposed Code of Conduct is clear, inclusive and reflects the behaviours you would expect from those who work with and represent residents.
Why Your Feedback Matters
Your feedback will help us:
Ensure the Code of Conduct reflects residents' expectations
Promote a culture of respect, openness and accountability
Strengthen trust between residents, staff and board members
Ensure the Code of Conduct is accessible, inclusive and easy to understand
Identify any improvements before the Code of Conduct is formally adopted.
