Preston Barracks Residents Survey

We want to hear your views on the future of the communal concierge space at Preston Barracks. This space was designed to support community life and provide shared facilities for residents, and we’d like to understand what you feel would be most useful and valuable going forward.

 

Before you share your views, we want to be transparent about what we know so far. The cost of completing the physical communal areas has not changed. However, our recent conversations with Living City have confirmed that the ongoing services needed to run and manage the space would increase service charges if they were introduced.

 

This survey focuses specifically on how you would like to use the communal space and your management expectations. We know residents have raised broader concerns about service charges, and while this consultation won’t cover all aspects, your feedback will help us understand which services linked to the communal space matter most to you and how they may affect future costs.

 

This short survey should take around 6-7 minutes to complete. Your response will help us understand how you would like the communal area to be used in future.

 

Some costs and services are set by your lease or existing contracts, but your feedback will help us review the use of the space and what is provided. Once the consultation closes, we’ll share a summary of what we heard and what we’ll do next.
