Footballs are causing a nuisance and serious distress to local people when they hit or go over the fences. This has resulted in damage to property and arguments in the neighbourhood.
Over recent months the problems caused by footballs has become intolerable and is having a serious impact on the health and wellbeing of vulnerable neighbours.
