We wanted one person to work with their team to provide more responsive, localised services. We asked residents to consider the name we give that person and they told us, ‘Local Link’. We introduced the Local Link service to residents in the spring 2025 edition of Shine.

Now, we’re asking for your help again. This time, we want to know what terminology we should use to describe the areas that Local Links work in. We want it to be clear, local, and meaningful. This short project will help us to identify the best-fit name for how we refer to local areas across Southern Housing.

Please complete a quick survey to give us your feedback and ideas about the language we use to describe the areas where you live. Please click here to access the survey.
