Update: 7 September 2026

I wanted to provide an update on our progress toward achieving Practical Completion (PC) this month. We remain focused on achieving PC as planned, although there are still a small number of outstanding documentation items that are currently being finalised.

Following PC, the Building Safety Registration process will be led by our internal technical team. They are already reviewing the key building information required to support the submission and will then need to present this to our internal building safety team for approval before submission. Given the volume and complexity of documentation that must be assessed, the team has advised that the application to the Building Safety Regulator is unlikely to be submitted before November 2026.

I am sorry that this isn’t the news you were hoping for. We continue to work closely with all relevant stakeholders to progress the remaining requirements and will keep you updated as key milestones are achieved.
